Work you’ll do
The successful candidate will work in a business tax team providing M&A Tax services to an interesting mix of corporate clients spread across industries. Responsibilities will include advising on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment, mergers and acquisitions tax matters (e.g. tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, post-acquisition restructuring etc.) and drafting tax advisory memos or reports.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- You should have at least 6 years of corporate tax experience preferably with an international accounting/law firm. Experience in an advisory role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business-related field, with a Professional Qualification as recognized by ISCA. An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and writing skills with a passion to learn
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver quality work as well as work with multiple team leaders.
