Work you’ll do

 

ServiceNow Expertise & Solution Delivery

  • Act as the primary ServiceNow Architecture expert, demonstrating a deep understanding of platform services and their integration for complex solutions.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers to educate them on the value proposition of ServiceNow and drive adoption.
  • Capture and share best practices within the solutions architect community.

Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior technical stakeholders to establish them as ServiceNow advocates.
  • Conduct deep-dive architectural discussions to ensure successful deployments.
  • Identify new opportunities within client accounts and communicate them to Customer Success Managers and account teams.

Leadership & Capability Development

  • Act as an escalation point for technical challenges, providing strategic guidance and problem-solving expertise.
  • Mentor junior team members, contribute to hiring decisions, and participate in technical interviews to develop team capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2-3+ years’ experience in the design and implementation of the ServiceNow Automation Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow product.
  • Sales and presales accreditation in two or more ServiceNow product lines.
  • ServiceNow Suite Certified (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including logical reasoning and creative thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience, within or outside of a work setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
  • Willingness to travel (both locally and internationally) for short-term and long-term project assignments.
