Work you will do
Deloitte’s Human Resources Transformation offering help organizations drive productivity, value and impact through the organization, the workforce, and HR.

- The role will involve possessing strong technical capabilities in designing and developing integrations and the preparation, translation, and migration of data. Ideally you will have prior experience in applying this knowledge within either the Human Capital Management, Rostering and Time & Attendance or Payroll domains demonstrating a familiarity with these data elements
- You will be responsible for designing and developing g Dayforce integrations (to / from Dayforce) and developing templates and data sequences for the loading and movement of data in to Dayforce or between Dayforce and related systems
- You will provide expertise and advice on Dayforce projects and contribute or facilitate workshops with clients, evaluating and problem-solving complex requirements, advising on data and integration flows and approaches, and providing ongoing technical advice and capabilities to project teams and clients
- You will work and collaborate with colleagues within the Dayforce team and support the team growth, development and culture. You will also receive ongoing product training to maintain applicable certifications and keep up to date with the latest product releases
- You will consider factors such as best use of data and integration approaches and design considering the clients technology landscape and business requirements to deliver the best value and customer aligned solution. In this role, you will contribute to and collaborate with our highly talented Dayforce consulting team to implement, consult, and advise on Dayforce aligned with project schedules.
- You will mainly work with the Deloitte Dayforce Australia based team for Australia and New Zealand client implementations. Your working hours will therefore likely closely align to Australia Eastern Standard time working hours

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 1+ years of proven experience implementing, supporting or client working with HCM (e.g. Core HR, Rostering and Time & Attendance and Payroll) related technical design
- Experience in interpreting, formalizing, and communicating requirements in a business analyst or functional consultant role.
- Specialist knowledge in Dayforce integrations and data manager of with equivalent / similar systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP) however, ‘hands on’ direct experience in Dayforce would be a major advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
