Work you will do

 

  • Support the Business Risk Leader and SEA Strategy, Risk and Transactions (SR&T) QRM team to develop and foster a consultative network for risk and reputation management matters, and to be a business enabler for SR&T
  • Be a subject matter resource for risk management and quality matters, providing practical and timely advice to the business teams to manage risk, reputation and quality matters
  • Monitoring of compliance by the business with Deloitte Global policies and regulatory requirements across 8 jurisdictions
  • Involved in executing internal practice reviews on the SR&T business; and monitoring and review of internal policies and ISO requirements.
  • Review projects from all perspectives including contract management, financial management, risk management, use of tools and methodologies, compliance to guidelines etc
  • Recommend corrective and/or mitigating actions as appropriate
  • Assist to develop QRM tools and templates to enable the business to work efficiently and effectively to deliver client engagements while maintaining compliance with reputation and risk management policies, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist to identify, develop and deliver reputation and risk management learning programs for Partners and staff in SR&T
  • Periodically identify, recommend and implement improvements to the quality management processes
  • Contribute to the Firm’s knowledge management efforts

Requirements

 

  • Completed undergraduate degree, with a preference towards Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management or Law
  • Experience range of minimum 8 to 12 years  of professional service experience in audit, compliance, risk management, regulatory advisory or financial advisory
  • Experience in identifying and managing risks and overseeing quality as part of the project delivery responsibilities
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving mindset
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills to lead and coordinate diverse team members across different jurisdictions and ensure successful project delivery on time
  • Ability to work across different service offerings and in a cohesive team environment
