Key Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of Southeast Asia Learning and Development team, you will work with various teams to deliver enriching leadership and professional development experiences to our people. You will be required to showcase excellent communication and problem-solving skills across a highly cross-functional stakeholder base to support the growth and development of our people.
Work you’ll do
You will be making an impact in the following L&D areas, leveraging technology to streamline processes and automate tasks, ensuring efficiency, standards and quality in learning delivery.
End-to-End Learning Operations
- Comprehensive Support: Provide comprehensive learning operations and administration support using digital tools to automate routine tasks.
- Business Partnership: Act as a business partner to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient learning operations.
Process Improvement and Technology Implementation
- Streamline and Improve Processes: Utilize advanced technology to streamline and improve the entire learning process, ensuring compliance with defined processes and standards
- Development and Integration: Lead the development and integration of cutting-edge learning technology tools throughout their lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to user acceptance testing, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Learning Database and Analytics
- Automate Data Processes: Leverage advanced tools to automate data standardization, collection, report generation, and analysis
- Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Other Projects: Support regional learning projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in L&D roles with a strong focus on technology and automation.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), generative AI tools, database management, and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, and the ability to integrate them into L&D processes to drive efficiency.
- Strong focus on quality assurance and solutions-oriented thinking, leveraging AI-driven data for decision-making to ensure high standards and effective problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and integrate them into work processes.
