Work you’ll do
- Provide good and prompt customer service to all front office enquiries and guests.
- Answer all incoming reception calls, transferring to the correct person, and delivering messages promptly by email.
- Organize and coordinate the daily schedule of the meeting rooms.
- Handle guest registration and verifications.
- Handle outgoing mails. sorts and distributes incoming mails
- Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person
- Offer beverages to guests where necessary
- Takes messages and connect them to appropriate enquirers
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations in the office

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Preferably have solid experience and knowledge in administration management and support.
- Able to work under tight datelines and handles a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
- Team player yet able to work independently, with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and to take initiative.
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Must be customer service-oriented.
